COVID-19 UPDATE – Real Clean Midlands Ltd

This statement will give you an idea of how Real Clean Midlands Ltd work with COVID-19 social distancing and lockdown stages, we will update when necessary, any further information please contact us, thanks

Domestic Cleans

All our staff working on domestic cleans have children and so do most of our customers, as such we will look to restart this service in line with schools reopening. We will contact every customer at this point to confirm they are happy to resume service. Customers aged 70 and over will not have service start until the government advice informs us this is safe, please inform us if someone in your household comes under this age category.

Where 2 cleaners is the norm, 1 will now be dispatched until social distancing guidelines allow for another, if you’re at home when we arrive we will ask you to leave the cleaner alone in each room to complete their work. Our cleaners will be observing social distancing at all time. All members of staff will be provided with PPE and training will be given on correct usage. If anyone in the home has coronavirus symptoms, please report this to us immediately.

Window Cleans

It looks as though a lift in the lockdown restrictions will be staged. We could have carried on window cleaning during lockdown but felt it was more important to join the national effect in beating the spread of coronavirus. We will return to window cleaning in the first stage relaxation of lockdown. If your windows are overdue and you’d like a visit ASAP, please call and request one. If not we will see you soon. We ask while window cleaners are on site please close all windows and remain inside until they leave.

Commercial Cleans

Most commercial contracts are gyms, restaurants and pubs. We understand that once your allowed to re-open business will not return to normal instantly, we will work with you and adapt our levels of service based on your requirements. Once the lockdown ends, we will contact you all individually to confirm restart and social distancing measures, we will provide PPE for our staff and bespoke training to your venue.

EOT’s (Letting Agencies)

We are currently working on empty homes during the lockdown but for emergency accommodation only, as soon as lockdown has finished, we will return to normal service. As social distancing is not a problem, we will keep our distance when collecting keys, but I know your offices will automatically have this in place anyway.
